Took a 2hour hike with the pups in the AM. Went to gym to finish the program from yesterday (Thursday) but only got halfway through it.

4 sets:
8 Unbroken C2B Pull-ups (or in as few sets as possible)
 5 TnG Squat Cleans @ 125#
    -rest 2min

  • Set 1: UB / Cleans 2,1,2 = :54
  • Set 2: UB / Cleans 2,1,1,1 = :58
  • Set 3: UB / Cleans 3,1,1 = :48
  • Set 4: UB / Cleans 1,1,1,1,1 = :52
