- #155 Easy. Failed #165 x 2. Previous PR has been #165 for a while (last tested approx 3 weeks ago)
B. Push Jerk; build to a 1RM
- #165 Easy. Failed #175 x 2. Not sure previous PR. Was jumping forward a bit, bar traveling fast. No video phone dead.
C. Weighted Pull-up; build to a max
- #50 (Sets: #10, 15, 20, 25, 35, 40, 45, 50) - all overhand grip
- Previous PR #50 at 135 bodyweight. Today I'm around #145 bodyweight.
D.Weighted Ring Dip; build to a max
- #35.2 (16kg kb) (Sets: #5, 10, 15, 35 (f) - too big jump, 20, 25, 30, 35 (too short), 35 good rep)
- Never tested before, first time for this number
E. Support Hold on Rings in Full external Rotation; AMSAP
- Kind of couldn't get proper externally rotated position. Need to see video - or maybe I just can't get into this position. Not done.

Too hot to hike, coached 2 classes, did long Ido Portal Squat Routine with each class - felt really good!
