- All Sets x 8 Reps @ #65 LBS
- Last 2 reps of sets 4 & 5 were tough, but do-able with good form
- All Sets x 3 Reps @ #45 plate - but elevated feet horizontal body - good tempo
- All Sets x 50 M EACH ARM @ 16kg - tried to do unbroken, challenging
