I'm behind a day, but felt good. This was one I started last week, but never finished.

  • Set 1: 2:42 - Cals around :46, Thrusters UB; I went into WBS too fast and dropped first 2! Did 10 UB
  • Set 2: 2:36 - All sets UB (rested about :30 before WBS)
  • Set 3: 2:27 - All sets UB (rested about :30 before WBS)
  • Set 4: 2:50 - All sets UB (rested about :30 before WBS)
